Our Process

The first and most important task is to pick and acquire the blocks with care. To obtain blocks of finest quality, our team ensures to work with outstanding quarries. To prevent scarcity, these quarries ensure a steady supply of high-quality blocks to the site.

Our plant is fully mechanized and well-equipped to handle blocks of various shapes and sizes. Using a multi-wiresaw machine, Quartz, and Granite blocks are cut with precision. For the processing of marble blocks, we use a Gangsaw machine.

Step 3 – Surface Grinding and Polishing

Once the slabs are cut as per the need, they undergo further processing. Our facility is equipped with an automatic polishing machine that is used for grinding and achieving an antique finish or mirror polish.

Step 4 – Quality Check and Packaging

After achieving the desired finish, each product goes through a strict quality check process. Once the product has qualified for the set quality check criteria, it undergoes safe and secure packaging. Thus, your product is ready to dispatch.

We ensure size and specification inspection which includes the checking of the length, width, and thickness within the approval tolerance; the diagonal length, angle control etc. Material appearance inspection includes Color, Texture, Spots, Color Lines, uniform crystal / grain structure etc. Surface Finishing Inspection includes Polished, Honed, Flamed, Bush Hammered, Tumbled, Natural Cleft, Bevel Edge etc.Other Defects Checking includes Scratches, Cracks, Broken Edges, Chip Edges, Pin holes, swirl marks, Repairs etc. Other production process includes Degree of polish, Flatness and Angle of straight edges.
